Job responsibilities
➢ Coordination with Project sales team for their enquiry, supporting material
, report, expense, target,
➢ Confirmation of the compliance to the technical specification from the buyer
➢ connecting with various departments –Project, Design, Planning, dispatch, account
➢ Coordinate with client to Understanding his commercial terms and solve query if any
➢ Responsible for sending Target letters / Circulars /Price Lis /proposalt etc.
➢ Maintain organized sales records and report to reporting authority
➢ Timely placement of the offer with in the RFQ deadline
➢ Confirmation of receipt of the offer with the right person concerned
➢ Ensuring confirmation of agreed payment terms
