Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Mangers, HOD for their travelling requirement by phone and email
-Arrange best option for employees as per their travelling requirement
- Ticket booking –AIR, Train, bus by coordination with agents and individually
-Hotel booking, cab booking, visa arrangement by coordination with agents
-MIS reporting
- processing payment of travel agents with account team as per prescribed format
- Good Communication in Hindi, Gujarati, English
